Nelson Diaz has successfully managed up to 20 multi-million dollar tire and service retail stores for over 25 years. He started as a Service Writer in a dealership and quickly worked his way up to Store Manager, Managing Partner, Operations Manager, and Region Manager in the automotive aftermarket.  Nelson excels at coaching others on how to build a successful, safe, and profitable automotive business. This shows in his countless awards for growth and performance.

Nelson has a wide range of experience including store acquisitions, training, development, finance, permitting and safety compliance. At Bridgestone Retail Operations he built the Las Vegas market from 1 to 15 stores in three years by partnering with the local community. He managed everything from construction to hiring to promotions and became the fastest growing market in the nation.

Nelson has served on a number of advisory boards partnering with universities, trade schools, chamber of commerce, and non-profit organizations so he can give back to those in need. He has 6 children including a 2 ½ year old, An amazing wife and enjoys the outdoor lifestyle from living near the sunny beach of Dana Point, California.
